Forecasting the price of an electricity stock each hour for 3 days with the help of weather data?

I'm new to forecasting and I want to know where can I find information that help me in choosing an appropriate model for this need. What is your opinion on this given that the model needs to predict the price each hour? How can I use the relation between weather and the change in the price of electricity stock?
